My dreams may change and my course may alter, but I usually land exactly where I’m supposed to be.
It’s a pyramid scheme.
Yes, I thought the same thing. I mean, isn’t that the idea behind all of these recruitment business plans? I admit that’s what I thought. But, I quickly learned with Beauty Counter, the answer is no. For starters, Beauty Counter is selling a product and a product that is good, good for you, and it works.
Yes, it really does work!
I was beyond hesitant to join, but luckily my neighbor was persistent — because I now have a new face care program that I’m really happy with and I’ve tried A LOT OF THEM. I didn’t join BC to get rich quick or to quit my day job (although that would be nice). I simply wanted to try them out and find out if these so-called ‘clean and safe’ products really worked just as good as my expensive, name brand, chemical-filled ones (because, that’s what makes them work, right?!).
I do my best to eat healthy, take care of my body, work-out and I try even harder when it comes to doing that for my daughter. She probably eats better than I do — fresh fruits and vegetables, organic this and that, no sugar added, BPA-free, all-natural, no dyes, and so on. However, if I want to lead by example, I needed to start setting a good example for her. Why not start with the lotions, creams and serums that I smear onto my face twice a day.
I’ve now been using their face care products for a few months and I can honestly say I love them. I didn’t join and immediately start telling everybody how great it is, because I didn’t know yet. I had to find out for myself and put this stuff to work — and it worked! My skin looks and feels healthier, and I have way less break outs than before (yes, I still get zits at age 40). Which is why two of my favorite products are Countercontrol SOS Acne Spot Treatment and Countercontrol All Over Acne Treatment. I’m also in love with the Countertime Collection. I’ll get into that more at a later time. But seriously, it’s amazing and saving me serious bank considering how much I was paying for comparable products.
Now, as far as the making money part, I’m not shouting from the rooftops or rolling in dough quite yet, but I will say that I’ve already started getting checks in the mail and literally all I’ve done is tell a few friends about some of my favorite products that I’ve tried. That’s it. I mean it doesn’t get any easier than that.
In short, IT’S NOT A SCHEME if the product or service actually works and delivers on its promise.
Hit me up if you want to check it out for yourself or if you have any questions. I’m happy to be completely honest with you.
